Nevada, MO -- As the last days of the old year 2003 rolled to an end, quietly and without fanfare, a deal was finalized which transferred title to the former home of Scott and Lori Stinson into the hands of Dan Gayman, Church of Israel, Schell, City, MO 64783.

Sources have confirmed that Mr. Tom Stinson, holder of the deed to the property awarded to the Stinsons by Senior Judge George C. Baldridge in the COURT OF VERNON COUNTY, MISSOURI 29TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT AT NEVADA, in late April 2003, transferred the property into control of Dan Gayman, for an undisclosed amount. The property is located along Highway M approximately 14 miles north of Nevada, and just 2 miles south of Gayman's residence and Church of Israel also located just off Highway M about 4 miles west of Schell City, MO.

The Church of Israel of Schell City MO teaches a theology founded in a combination of Mormonism (Gayman grew up in a Mormon Church family), Roman Catholicism and Calvinism, mixed with many quirks of his own. These mutually exclusive theological systems are "united" together through the adept preaching of Pastor Dan Gayman. Much as a chameleon changes colors, Gayman switches almost unnoticably through these conflicting theological systems, while he flatters, seduces and manipulates his followers He convinces listeners that he is God's man for the hour and that his "Church of Israel" is truly God's church. Many who have studied his teachings carefully have concluded that he uses scripture as his "bait," while he builds your confidence and ultimately fleeces you of substantial donations!

Few other details concerning the recent property transaction were made available to the public.

A former legal dispute between Stinson and Gayman resulted from a signed separation agreement which was reneged by Pastor Gayman 2 weeks after it's signing on November 13, 2000. The matter was ultimately was brought into court before Judge Baldridge for decision, after legal actions were made by Gayman to reverse the peaceful separation agreement.

During the discovery process, many of the "hushed up" secret financial and donation records kept by Gayman and his wife Deloris Gayman, bookkeeper to the Gayman Family church of Israel enterprises and land holdings, were made public. In his decision, Judge Baldridge ruled that "Plaintiff's hands are dirty in acquiring the right they now assert" and that Gayman's charge that Stinson and Gentry had committed criminal extortion ("stealing by means of coercion") was a sham. "This court finds there was substantial evidence that Dan Gayman, Gray Clark and Reed Benson were not bereft of mind to an extent required to prove duress under the law to avoid the conveyance of deed on November 13, 2000." With this ruling, Dan Gayman lost in his bid to "steal" the property.

Having lost in court, his only option was to buy it. What was the source of the funds Dan Gayman used to make the recent purchase? What will come of this property in the future? Who will live in the house built by Scott and Lori Stinson? It was reported in 2000 that Robin Coleman, daughter of Dan and Deloris Gayman, and wife of John Coleman, commented that "our furniture would look good in that house!" Patriarch Dan Gayman is known for sharing the spoils of his "ministry" with loyal family insiders. Will Gayman's daughter Robin now get this house she has long coveted? And if not, who will get it?
